I think one of the main hangup’s I had about blogging was feeling like I really didn’t have a whole lot to talk about, and certainly not a lot to talk about that would interest anybody else…so I made a list just to see. I think there are about 75 topic on the list so far, which I spent under 10 minutes creating, so that should keep me going for a while!
The great thing about real estate is that it is always changing and never stagnant! New rules, laws, regulations, tax changes, and trends surface all the time, it’s fluid. To further this, what I would REALLY like to do is open up the floor and address YOUR questions, concern, ideas, and opinions to make this more interactive.
